Welcome to Iconic Skins! We appreciate your trust in our products and services. Please read our Refund and Replacement Policy carefully before making any purchases. By placing an order with Iconic Skins, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Returns and Replacements: We prioritize your satisfaction. We do not accept returns for any reason other than the delivery of a wrong product. If you receive an incorrect item, you may be eligible for a replacement as outlined below. Please note that we do not offer refunds for any products.

2. Wrong Product Delivered: If you receive a product that does not match the item you ordered, we apologize for the inconvenience. In such cases, we offer replacement services only. You must inform us within 2 days of receiving the incorrect product. To be eligible for a replacement, follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer support team at iconicskins1@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving the incorrect product.
  • Provide your order number, a clear photo and video of the received product, and a description of the issue.
  • Our customer support team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the incorrect product, if necessary.

3. Eligibility for Replacements: To qualify for a replacement, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in its original packaging and unused condition.
  • The request for replacement must be made within 2 days of receiving the incorrect product.
  • The provided photo and description clearly demonstrate that the wrong product was delivered.

4. Refunds: Iconic Skins does not offer refunds for any reason. We solely provide replacement services for incorrect products delivered.

5. Shipping Costs: In the event of a wrong product delivery, We will cover the shipping costs associated with the return of the incorrect item and the shipment of the replacement product.

6. Cancellation: We are not accepting cancellations after placing the order.

7. Incorrect product Ordered / Incorrect address or phone number: If you have ordered an incorrect product on our website, then you can change it within 2 hours after placing the order, for changing Incorrect product contact us at iconicskins1@gmail.com or whatsapp 9967520181. You cannot change the order after it has been shipped and iconicskins is not liable for any kind of replacement or refund for an incorrect product ordered by a customer. If you have entered an incorrect address/Pincode/Phone number then the product will be not delivered and it will be returned to us. for this, the customer has to pay return shipping charges of 100 Rs. Once we receive your product we will resend it to you.
